Cation Construction began building homes in Springfield, Illinois in 1985. Our homes are designed to meet the needs of those who are concerned about accessibility, energy costs, as well as those who desire a quality, custom-built home.
Cation Construction continues to provide quality construction services in central Illinois, just as they have for the past twenty years. Owner Dave Cation served as President of the Springfield Home Builders Association (SHBA) in 1989.
Cation Construction is not a giant corporation that builds hundreds
of homes a year and that suits Dave Cation just fine. Dave is a member and Past President of the Springfield Home Builders
Association, and received a Certification from the Graduate Builders Institute
of the National Home Builders Association.
